Complete Request
Download the form to request a booking at the Community Hall, complete the form and send back to buckingham.bungendore@mail.com.
Ensure you read all terms and conditions included within the form before returning.

Receive Confirmation of Booking
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Hall Coordinator. If the request can be facilitated and you have provided all required information, your booking request will be confirmed via email.
3
Conduct event
Keys will be provided by the Hall Coordinator prior to your event, at collection a $100 refundable deposit is required. Upon completion of your function, the Hall Coordination will ensure the hall is left in a good state and repair and clean before returning your $100 deposit.
